General

Do you sell directly to the public?
No. We are a wholesale distributor supplying licensed firearm dealers only. Consumers must purchase through an authorized FFL retailer.
How do I become a dealer?
You must hold a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). Submit your FFL and business information through our dealer application page. Once approved, you will receive dealer pricing and ordering access.
Do you require a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum order requirement.
How fast do you ship orders?
Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. High-volume periods or hazmat shipments may require additional processing time.

Shipping & Logistics

What carriers do you use?
We ship via UPS Ground for firearms, ammunition, and accessories. Hazmat items follow UPS hazmat regulations.
Why is my shipping cost higher than expected?
Shipping costs are influenced by weight, dimensions, zone, hazmat fees, and UPS surcharges such as Additional Handling or Non-Standard Package.
Do you ship to residential addresses?
Yes, but residential deliveries may incur additional UPS surcharges.
Do you ship ammunition to all states?
No. Ammunition restrictions vary by state and municipality. Dealers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws.
Can I use my own UPS account?
Yes! Please reach out to us to use your own UPS account.

FFL & Compliance

Do you need my FFL before shipping?
Yes. Firearms cannot ship until we have a current, signed copy of your FFL.
How do I submit my FFL?
Upload it during dealer registration or email it to our compliance department. All licenses are verified through ATF EZCheck.
Do you ship firearms to non-FFLs?
No. All serialized firearms must ship to a valid FFL holder.
Do you require a resale certificate?
No, we require an FFL and a sales tax number for each purchasing account.

Ammunition & Hazmat

Do you charge hazmat fees?
Hazmat fees apply to powder, primers, and select ammunition types per UPS regulations.
Can ammunition and firearms ship together?
No. Ammunition cannot be shipped in the same box as firearms.
Do you ship powder and primers?
Yes, to eligible states. Hazmat fees and quantity limits apply.

Ordering & Inventory

Are your inventory levels live?
We strive to display updated inventory levels on our website. However, due to the nature of in-person or telephone sales, there may be rare instances when an item does not update immediately.
Can I cancel or modify an order?
Orders can be modified before they enter the shipping queue. Once processed, changes may not be possible.
Do you offer dropshipping?
Yes. Please reach out to our sales team for additional information.

Product Information

Do you offer bulk or case pricing?
We do our best to keep our prices as competitive as possible, but if you have questions about pricing for a large order, please feel free to reach out to our in-house sales team. We are always happy to discuss.
Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns on many items. However, ammunition and hazmat items are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.
